I am an autistic British autism consultant and author who worked in education as a teacher in mainstream and special education for over 30 years in London.
This included roles as an autism Advisory Teacher, Deputy Headteacher and an Assistant Headteacher post at a special school for autistic children where I also represented the autistic community as a member of the governing board. I obtained a Masters degree in Autism and Children while studying at the School of Education at the University of Birmingham.
